Stakeholders opinion of VATESI activities and services in 2024
At the end of 2024, the State Nuclear Power Safety Inspectorate (VATESI) conducted stakeholder opinion surveys to evaluate its activities and the quality of services provided.
Two groups of stakeholders were surveyed: economic entities (license and permit holders, and applicants who received consultations) and government authorities. Respondents assessed VATESI’s activities, the quality of administrative services, and the effectiveness of inter-institutional cooperation and partnership.
The survey results showed that economic entities evaluated VATESI’s activities positively: 67% rated the activities as very good, 33% rated them as good.
All surveyed economic entities confirmed that consultations provided by VATESI specialists were of very good quality (100% positive ratings). Respondents also indicated that licenses, permits, and temporary permits were issued, and services were provided within the time limits laid down by legal acts.
80% of economic entities reported using VATESI's control checklists, noting that these tools assisted in effectively implementing key safety requirements and preparing for inspections.
Government authorities also positively evaluated VATESI’s inter-institutional cooperation and partnership: 50% rated the cooperation as very good, 44% rated it as good and 6% had no opinion.
During the surveys, stakeholders provided suggestions and recommendations for improving the quality of administrative services and enhancing inter-institutional cooperation. These suggestions are considered valuable and contribute to the continuous improvement of VATESI’s activities.
VATESI conducts stakeholder surveys regularly once a year.
